Training Opportunities!

Indoor travel is our clubs most extensive training .  The nature of the faster paced game encourages players to play at a higher pace and perform skills at a faster more controlled speed.  Our indoor season starts in November and ends roughly in March.  All of our teams will compete locally and select teams will be chosen to compete at NIQ and the NIT.

Spring travel is our outdoor training program, we move from indoor training too outdoor preparation.  Preparing for the outdoor season coming up for your school team or showcases we may attend.  Tournaments are also included to continue competing against local clubs.

Short Sticks is our youth program , open to anyone to join!  Accepting all levels from beginner  to experienced players.  Players will be introduced to different skills, while learning the  game of field hockey! 

Offered to ages: 

• K-6th 

Our pre-season prep program focuses on getting you prepared for your high school or college preseason.  Each training session is complete with conditioning, agility, stick skills, and small game.  

Offered to age divisions: 

• U16
• U19

Fall turf training focuses strictly on your outdoor skill sets!  Perfect all the skills you use during the outdoor game during these training sessions.  Stick skills, shooting forms, passing and receiving are a short list of important skills taught during these sessions.

We're bringing back the Winter Skills Academy this 2021-22 season!!  The Winter skills academy will introduce new players to the indoor game and be available to experienced players to perfect their skill sets.  We further hope our training programs will inspire new players to try out for our travel programs in the Spring and Winter!

The goalie academy is open to the public! Our goalie academy focuses on specific goal keeping techniques they can use both indoor and outdoor.  

The goalie academy's are run by our Viper head goalie coach, Mia Deplato.  

The goalie academy is offered in the fall, spring, and summer!

Hooked on Hockey !

We offer 3 fun weeks of summer camp! Beginner through advanced players are welcome.  Teaching  fundamental to advance skills.  Team strategy and individual skills.  Both outdoor and indoor field hockey is taught during your week of camp!

Private lessons are available for anyone looking for 1 on 1 instruction.  Instruction is given at The Viper Sports Club.  

Lessons are also offered in small group form
